If you keep your own books, bookkeeping should not take more time than it has to.
Why we made itWe believe small companies have a lot to gain from understanding and controlling their own accounts. That does not mean you should spend your time on repetitive bookkeeping. So we have separated the accounting work from the routine work: the accounting rules and controls live in the program, AI can do much of the repetitive work, and you check and approve the result. If you prefer to book manually, you still can.
DifferentAI can read vouchers and bank statements and suggest entries, but nothing is booked until you say yes. You can also work fully manually. VAT, the tax return and the A-melding are filed directly from your PC.
Trying itYou do not have to decide first. Import your books from your current system with SAF-T and try the whole program for 60 days while you keep what you use today. The books live in your Documents folder, not in a cloud, and after the trial you can still view the reports for free.

Why we made itWork should be documented once, when and where it happens. You should not have to reconstruct the day later or enter the same information again in several systems. Work captures the event with speech, photos and other details, structures it and lets you approve the result. From there the information can go to documentation, follow-up, Kontroll and the invoice basis.
DifferentYou speak the job into the app. Work builds a report with location, observations, follow-up, hours, materials and mileage. You see the report before anything is approved, and approved work becomes the invoice basis in Regnskap.

KVI therefore reverses the order of work: first we build a structured understanding of who the customer is and what drives the choice. Why we made itAmplo consists of independent programs because you should be able to pick only what you need. But more programs should not mean more installations, updates and setups you have to keep track of yourself. That is why Hub is the common entrance that installs, updates and helps you set up the Amplo programs.

If you own property in Spain as a Norwegian, obligations and deadlines are spread across several authorities.

You have filed the tax return. Do the figures and the basis add up?
Why we are making itA tax return can be technically filed without all the figures being right or all relevant deductions being included. The documentation often already exists, in annual statements, bank information, payroll data, property information and other sources. Skattekontroll is made to check the tax return against its basis, find deviations and show what should be looked into.
